i've been singing since i was a little girl. all my life i have played music. i've been playing the piano since i was 5 years old. i started the flute at age 10. from there i moved to the xylophone/marimba at age 14. i then began to play the oboe at age 15. at age 17, i started teaching myself guitar. i started writing music when i was a freshman in high school, most compositions on the piano. however, i am beginning to write songs with my guitar, as well. from elementary school to my high school graduation, i was in band. i participated in show band, marching band, i was even involved in choir. now, i am a music major at the university of arizona and i hope to continue writing and advancing as i further my music education. i hope you enjoy my music. i write it for me, but i also write it for others out there, hoping that someone can relate. i want to touch and influence the world through my passion of song writing.
